“You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.”
That’s what we were thinking when we looked at several promising trials (card upfront!) who never found time to set up their Userlist account.
These nice people had been on a call with us, understood the value of behavior-based email well, and were totally up for making it happen. But we all get busy, Christmas happens, and so on… in the end, they did not get any value from our product and never converted into paying customers.
The problem is very meta, since our goal at Userlist is to help you onboard your customers.
So we have a few questions for you today.
What have you been doing at your SaaS business to solve the onboarding problem? How hard is your product to set up? And also, what would make it easier for you to get started with a tool like ours?
